1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "you") and jeetbd (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the jeetbd website located at https://jeetbd.app and all associated services, products, games, betting markets, payment facilities, and promotional offerings made available through the platform.

By registering an account, accessing the jeetbd website, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the jeetbd platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be unconditionally bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue all use of the jeetbd platform.

2 Eligibility

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of jeetbd services, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active account on the jeetbd platform. Opening duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Accurate Information: You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading information at registration is grounds for immediate account closure.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. jeetbd will not be responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Account Updates: You must promptly notify jeetbd of any changes to the information held on your account, including changes to your contact details, by contacting our support team at [email protected].
• Account Closure: jeetbd reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at its sole discretion where it reasonably believes that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is likely to occur, without prior notice.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

jeetbd operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with its obligations to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. The following provisions govern the KYC process:

• jeetbd reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any point during your use of the platform — at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or at any other time deemed appropriate by jeetbd's compliance team.
• Acceptable identity documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Proof of address may be requested in the form of a recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document bearing your name and residential address.
• Withdrawals may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. jeetbd will not be liable for any delays in withdrawal processing caused by a player's failure to submit requested documentation in a timely manner.

• jeetbd reserves the right to void bets and withhold withdrawals from accounts that cannot be satisfactorily verified within a reasonable timeframe.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the jeetbd platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

Accepted Payment Methods: jeetbd currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction, unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotional offer.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits made via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash) are credited to your jeetbd account balance in real time upon confirmation of receipt. Card deposits may take up to 24 hours to reflect during peak periods.
• Withdrawal Requests: Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 24–72 hours of submission, subject to successful KYC verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements having been met. Mobile wallet withdrawals are typically processed faster than card withdrawals.
• Withdrawal to Original Method: jeetbd reserves the right to return withdrawals to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. This is a standard anti-fraud measure.
• Transaction Fees: jeetbd does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, payment providers may apply their own transaction charges, for which jeetbd accepts no responsibility.

jeetbd reserves the right to request additional verification prior to processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where fraud indicators are present. 6 Bonuses & Promotions

jeetbd offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the point of offer:

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting and casino gaming activity conducted through the jeetbd platform:

• Bet Acceptance: jeetbd reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed after the commencement of a sporting event or where a technical error has resulted in an incorrect price being displayed.
• Minimum & Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games. Current limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface.
• Obvious Errors: Where a bet is accepted at an odds or outcome price that is clearly erroneous due to a technical fault or human error, jeetbd reserves the right to void such bets and return the stake to the player's account.
• In-Play Betting: In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to the availability of live data feeds. jeetbd accepts no liability for delays or interruptions to live data services that may affect in-play markets.

9 Responsible Gaming

10 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jeetbd platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. jeetbd uses your personal data to operate your account, process transactions, comply with KYC and anti-money laundering obligations, provide customer support, and deliver relevant promotional communications where you have opted in to receive them. jeetbd does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

13 Amendments to These Terms

jeetbd reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. In the event of a dispute, players are encouraged to contact jeetbd's support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. jeetbd will use reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within 14 calendar days of receiving a formal complaint. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to refer the matter to binding arbitration before resorting to litigation.

The English-language version of these Terms is the governing version. Any translation provided for convenience is for reference purposes only and does not have legal force.
